Kitchen

Degrease the oven, racks, trays, glass door and seals

Clean the washing machine drawer, seal and filter

Bathroom

Spot-clean walls and remove cobwebs

Final checks

Bins emptied and washed
All keys, fobs and meter readings ready for handover
